Delivery and Returns
How much does delivery cost?
We offer a standard 3-5 working day delivery, prices are as follows:
- UK Mainland (Zones A & B) – £12.50
- Scottish Highlands & Islands – £20.00
- Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly – £25.00
- Ireland – Unfortunately we no longer offer delivery to Ireland
If you wish to collect your order you can choose the ‘click & collect’ option which of course is FREE. Please await notification that your order is ready before collecting.

How long does delivery take?
All stocked items are despatched on the same day of receipt of order if ordered before 11am (Monday-Friday), orders received after 11am will be dispatched on the following working day. Delivery is usually 3- 5 working days. On rare occasions some items may not be in stock, these items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, but we will notify you should this situation arise. If your order is urgent please call 01775 712600 to be absolutely sure of same day despatch.
Please note that our offices are closed on Bank Holidays & Weekends – Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday or Weekend will be picked up on the following working day.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can collect and pay for all items listed on our website via our trade counter at the following address;
Unit B, Edison Court, Enterprise Park, Pinchbeck, Spalding, Lincs, PE11 2GU
We can accept credit/debit card payments, but unfortunately no longer can accept cheques.
Please call ahead to arrange collection.
Can I Return an Item?
Yes you can return an item within 28 days of the despatch date, with the following conditions;
Any goods which have been supplied in accordance with the buyers order but which are subsequently returned, will only be credited provided that they are returned to us brand new, unused, in unopened/undamaged packaging and in saleable condition, and that the buyer meets all costs of the return. The buyer will also be responsible for the item until it reaches us, we suggest that you use a secure delivery service which requires a signature on delivery.
Any orders returned to us by the courier due to failed attempts at delivery will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.
Outward delivery charges will be refunded should the goods be delivered to you damaged or in error. Faults must be notified to us either by telephone or in writing within 5 days of the despatch date and we will then make arrangements for the goods to be collected.
